What Are You Wearing: Julia Franco and Renata Franco of Julia y Renata

Good afternoon lovely readers and welcome to the second edition of Who Wednesday!! As I said in my last post (go check it out) this week is Mexico week (:

So today’s who’s who of fashion is Julia Franco and Renata Franco. These two ladies are making their mark on the fashion world and their clothing lines are some of the best fashion has to offer.

Let’s take a look:

Starting out with this garment. I am in love with the complexity of this silhouette. I like the decision for the low neck line because it directly contrasts with the short/long length of the dress. It almost reminds me of a night-gown but in the most fashionable way possible.

Next comes these looks:

The only one I am not particularly found of is the middle outfit. I think the yellow skirt does not look good with the short to long look in that fabric. I would have much rather seen a flowly skirt with that shirt.

I love the first outfit, my favorite part is how the shirt cuts off in a circular way so that the skirt fills it in.

The second look is very modern chic but also in an Ancient goddess kind of way. I like the idea of pants and the long flowly top.

The fourth look is also not my favorite. It looks like they got a dress from a department store (not that I have anything against them, I am judging this from a perspective of high-end fashion) and decided it looked to plain so they added a long weird-looking bottom to it.

I do like the fifth look, especially for the summer time.

And the last set of clothing we are going to look at:

I am in love with every look here.

Starting with the first one I think the cuts are interesting but in a good kind of way. I would have liked to see the neckline be low-cut instead of the dramatic piece they added but other than that I love it.

The second look is like a pumped up version of a romper/dress. The color is perfect for the silhouette and the heaviness perceived from the outfit gives it a more fashionable look. This is something I would definitely have in my closet.

The third outfit is a two piece and I do love my two pieces. It looks like a dark green velvet, almost like something you’d see a forest princess wearing. I love the length of the skirt and the fit is perfection.

Finally, the last look is nothing but a black dress. And boy does this one have a neckline. This v-line really adds drama to the look and separates it from other black dresses you might see.

I also appreciate how all the looks are cohesive.

So in conclusion, if you haven’t heard or seen them I recommend checking them out! If you are in need of a very fancy dress for an upcoming event, this is definitely an option.

Can’t wait for Trendy Thursday tomorrow, look forward to some Mexico pictures as we continue on with Mexico week!!

Don’t forget to like and share this post.
